Delivery Methods:
All orders are sent UPS
Ground unless specified differently. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii,
Canada and other International orders may be sent by USPS Parcel
Post. Orders are shipped from Holland, MI within 7 business days of order receipt. Faster service can sometimes be accommodated on request. Special expedited 2nd Day or Next Day Air service is available for an additional cost. Call for shipping cost quotes if necessary.
Payment must be made prior to shipment. We accept payment by credit card, personal check, cashiers check or money order. Credit card billing address, credit card number and credit card expiration date must accompany all orders paid by credit card. Orders paid by personal check may be held for 7 days to allow check to clear.
Return Policy:
If any of our products
do not perform as advertised, please return within 30 days in
original packaging to:

No prior authorization
or return # is required for a return, just include name, address
and phone number in the box. A refund for the purchase price (less
shipping) will be credited to your charge card (if item was paid
by credit card) or by refund check (if item was originally
purchased with check, money order or cashiers check.)
If a single component
(such as a caster) has a manufacturing defect, simply call
1.888.721.9595 and a replacement component will be sent to you at
no charge.
